how to download and install (very important)

1:download mgr mod from this link:

and now install it with the instruction in that mod

then the most important part read carefully:play for 30 to 60 seconds after that quit the game and delete  the files you have added to gta3.img

and install with the help of instruction

and press tab+Q(in the game) but first download the skin selector from here:http://www.gamemodding.net/en/getmod-23043?v=manual

to install wolverine skin just put the 2 files in skin.img

now how to install skin selector.All you need to do this put all the files except gta.dat

in you cleo folder.and the gta.dat in your data folder

4:after pressing tab+Q

type "ninjatown" the cheat

5:you will notice that 

the katana symbol is there but no katana and then your fighting moves are ready with wolverine skin
